Unable to open Site.Pro in ispmanager 6

Symptoms

When trying to run the Site.Pro plugin, the error “The siteprobuilder plugin failed or returned an invalid xml” is displayed.

Also the following error is registered in the main panel log /usr/local/mgr5/var/ispmgr.log:

Oct  2 17:49:31 [19413:477] libmgr ERROR Error: Type: 'limit' Object: 'limit_ftp_users' Value: '1'

Causes

The user-owner settings restrict or disallow creation of FTP users that are required to work with Site.Pro.

PLEASE NOTE!

If you use the ispmanager panel with regular user priviliges, contact the server administrator to change the limits.

To remove the displayed error, increase the limit of FTP users that belong to the site owner. To do this, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the “Users” section;
2. Select the required user and click the “Edit” button (pencil icon);
3. Increase the limit in the “FTP users” field in the “Limits” section.
