Incorrect display of the shell client window

Symptoms

When trying to launch the shell client in the ispmanager panel, a window with no content or incorrect display of content is shown, while the command line is not displayed.

Causes

Errors in proxy settings to the panel address.

Solution

Make sure that the shell client is operational in the panel at https://<ip-server-address>:1500/ispmgr and if the shell client is available, go to the settings of the site used for proxying and disable “Access to ispmanager by site name”.

In case you use the ispmanager 6 business panel version, you will also need to disable the “Proxy requests to panel” option.
