Fixing the error "The 'Time zone' field has an invalid value"

Symptoms

When saving ispmanager panel settings in the "Settings" -> "System Settings" section of the menu, an error message appears:

The 'Time zone' field has an invalid value"

Causes

• Some operating systems may not match the time zone values in the system with the PHP settings.
• Someone tried to set the time zone manually.

It is recommended to use UTC time zone – the best one for servers in most cases

If you need to specify the local time, but an error does not allow you to do so, you should select another location that coincides with your time zone. For example, the country "Ecuador" is not listed, but it is in the same time zone as the region "America," location "New York".

Follow the steps below to configure it:

1. go to "Settings" - "System Settings"
2. under "Time zone" select "Local time"
3. under "Region" select "America"
4. under "Location" select "New_York"
5. click "Save"
