Error "named-checkzone not found" when authorizing in ispmanager 6 panel

Symptoms

When trying to authorize into the ispmanager 6 panel, the following error occurs:

An error occurred while working with DNS. The zone file check utility (named-checkzone) is not found at the path '/sbin/named-checkzone'.

Сauses

The BIND DNS server has been updated, and the panel cannot find the new "named-checkzone" parameters.

Solution

Connect to the server with the panel via SSH and reboot the panel using the command:

/usr/local/mgr5/sbin/mgrctl -m ispmgr exit

During the restart, the panel will update the "named-checkzone" parameter information for the updated BIND DNS server.
