Where to find the panel version
Why you should know your panel version
You may want to know your panel version to compare it to the latest version on our website and to do some basic troubleshooting.
How to find the panel version
You can find the version of the panel in its interface by selecting Help in the main menu and clicking Read about the software product.
The panel version is the digits before « - » in the Control panel version field.
In the example above, the panel version is 6.104.0.
You can also find your panel version by connecting to the server using SSH. To do that, use the licctl utility and run the command:
/usr/local/mgr5/sbin/licctl info ispmgr
If your license is active, the output will look like this:
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 (x86_64)
Manager: ispmgr (6.104.0-2024.08.13_09:41)
ID: 9184009
Name: Trial License
Expire: 2024-09-23
Update expire: 2024-09-10
The panel version is specified in the Manager line.
