Unable to create the email in the ispmanager 6

Symptoms

Unable to create the email in the ispmanager 6 and there are no errors or notifies in the control panel.

Causes

There is no directive "EmailAuth" in the ispmanager 6 configuration file.

Solution

Add the directive "EmailAuth" in the ispmanager 6 configuration file at "/usr/local/mgr5/etc/ispmgr.conf".

After adding the directive, restart the panel with the following command:
usr/local/mgr5/sbin/mgrctl -m ispmgr -R
