Working with your license’s IP address

Why?

  • To set up an IP address for automatic license activation and updates
  • To change your IP address because you’re migrating to another server or changing your server’s IP address
  • Delete an IP address for license activation using a key

PLEASE NOTE!

This article is relevant only for users who purchased a license directly from Ispmanager and have a personal cabinet at eu.ispmanager.ru.

If you purchased your license through a partner company, please contact the support team of that company to change the IP address of your license.

Instructions

To manage the IP address of your license, log in to your personal cabinet at my.ispmanager.ru and go to the "Licenses" – "Ispmanager Licenses" section.

The tab that opens will show all the licenses you have purchased, their properties, and statuses. The "IP Address" column displays the the license’s current IP address.

 

To set, change, or delete the IP address of the license, click the "Edit" button and edit the "IP Address" field in the tab that opens.

 

PLEASE NOTE!

You can change the IP address of your license no more than once a month.

If you need to change the IP address of your license, but the system prevents you from doing so, contact Ispmanager support.
