It would be great to have some basic uptime monitor for websites. It could be configurable (per website) like:

• send request to the website each X seconds and for example expect 200 HTTP response.
• if the request fails for X minutes, send alert (email, telegram channel, slack) to notify administrator/website owner that something is wrong with the website

This would be something similar like when using hearbeat in ElasticSearch.
