We’ve added a Help section, documentation, tickets, and useful links to the to the ispmanager panel all at once

Now, all the links you need are right at your fingertips in the Help section. You can click straight through to the documentation section you need. You can also create a support ticket, watch a video tutorial on how to use the panel, or ask a question in the Facebook community.Let's dive into how the Help section works.

What is the Help section? Documentation and informational support

The Help section in the ispmanager control panel has useful links that may make your work easier. For example, documentation, video guides, and a knowledge base where you can clarify the meaning of unknown terms or interact with ispmanager’s user community.

How to find the Help section — select the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the panel.

The Help section consists of two main sections, Documentation and Support. Let's go over what you’ll find there.

Documentation — access ispmanager 6 documentation

We’ve added documentation for ispmanager 6 lite, pro, and host. You can find the article you need through search or the table of contents.

How to access the documentation right from the ispmanager panel:

The documentation has been added for users only, there is no section for developers.

The Support section offers acces to tickets, the community, video tutorials, and feature requests

What you can do from the Support section:

  • ask a question in the Facebook community,
  • create a ticket for tech support,
  • discuss an issue in the community on the site,
  • submit a feature request,
  • find the answer you need in a video tutorial on YouTube or in the Knowledge Base.

What the Support section looks like:

Warning. If you purchased your license from an ispmanager partner, create a ticket via the communication method that they recommend.

This update came with the 6.114.0 beta release.
