Tech support may respond a little slower in the morning of December 9

On Monday, December 9, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. UTC, we will be conducting maintenance on all the channels for communicating with our tech support: 

- all chats, 

- email, 

- phone.

We are testing a new unbreakable system for communicating with our customers.

During these two hours, tech support may respond a bit slower. There’s a marginal possibility that some tickets will be lost.
