We’re letting our partners and users translate the ispmanager interface into new languages

Now, anyone can offer to translate the ispmanager interface into a new language. We use Weblate, a free tool for localizing apps, checking the translation quality, and linking it to the original.

How to propose a translation

Send your contact info to bizdev@ispmanager.com or contact your account manager. We will contact you for details, provide you with translation instructions, and a link to Weblate. Then, you’ll be able to contribute translations. When the translation is ready, we check it on our side and, if it ticks all the boxes, add it to the product release.

Why we made translation contributions possible

Ispmanager is used globally, with English being the primary language option. While the panel does provide support for dozens of other languages, these translations are solely available through machine translation and often contain errors, leading to challenges for our users.

In 2022, our hosting partner took the initiative to localize ispmanager for users in its country. Provider H501 spearheaded the translation efforts into Italian, and we wholeheartedly supported this initiative by incorporating the translations into our product.

This case highlighted that administrators and developers generally prefer using ispmanager in their native language. Consequently, we have extended the opportunity to our partners, users, and enthusiasts to contribute their own translations. We believe that this collaborative effort will enhance the accessibility of ispmanager for users worldwide.
