License Support

If you purchased a license through one of our partners, you may still receive technical support directly form our experts, depending on the license you have bought.

Technical support is provided according to the Company Terms and Conditions.

In some cases you have to pay for our support, depending on your license.

To obtain technical support you must register your software license first. You need to provide the following data:

• License Number. You can find the Software License number in your License Info. If you do not know your Software License number than please contact your seller first.
• Registration Key. You can obtain your software license key from the seller only.
